I've finally deciphered it. The reason why I couldn't access blogger before.

No, it's not because of my computer, not because of my norton antivirus, which I sacrficed.

Instead it's due to my internet connection.

And why can I update now?

Because I'm stealing the connection speed from my neighbour upstairs.

Pity him.

But alas, this is only a temporarily measure.

I must reconfigure my internet access to work out how to fully utilise my connection to the maximum.
